New Teen Trends

I’m doing a research project on what were some popular trends and "things" during this time period since we had a economic boom.

So Far I know:

"The Jordan Era", NBA Basketball (20 million people would watch the NBA Finals as oppose to the 6 million this year)

WWF Wrestling

Nick, Toonami, & Kids WB

Reality TV (<– Was that popular during the late 90s?)

I dont think reality tv was big in the 90s.
Boy bands were popular

What are some new trends that WILL be popular soon, but arent right now?
